  • All transactions are subject to validation and authorization by both the card issuer and our payment processor, Telr.
  • Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and CARMEN PERFUMES policies and rules for their reference.

4. Installment Payment Options

We offer flexible installment payment options through Tabby and Tamara:

  • Tabby: Split your purchase into four interest-free payments over four months.
  • Tamara: Divide your purchase into three interest-free payments over three months.

Please note:

  • Eligibility for installment payments is subject to approval by the respective payment provider.
  • Minimum and maximum purchase limits may apply, depending on the provider’s terms and your payment history.
  • For more information, refer to the respective provider’s terms and conditions.

5. Currency Display

  • Prices on our website are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams), QAR (Qatari Riyals), and OMR (Omani Rials).
  • Regardless of the displayed currency, all transactions processed through Telr will be charged in AED.
  • The amount charged to your card will be reflected in your card’s currency, based on the exchange rate applied by your card issuer.

6. Restrictions

  • We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries, in compliance with UAE and international trade regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CARMEN PERFUMES or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
