Exchanges and Refunds

General Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days if items are unopened. Damaged items are replaced immediately. Items purchased on promotion are exchanged at the non-discounted price.

Refunds

Refunds are made using the original payment method. Opened or used perfume products are non-refundable.
