4. Proof of Delivery

• Customers are required to sign the delivery receipt upon receiving the package to confirm that the order was received in good condition.
• The signed receipt acts as proof of successful delivery.

5. Shipping and Product Handling

All products are:

• Carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure they are in perfect condition.
• Securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

We do our best to avoid delays; however, incomplete or inaccurate addresses and unreachable contact numbers may cause delivery issues. Please ensure your address details and phone number are correct when placing your order.

If a shipment is returned due to:

• An incorrect address
• Unavailability of the recipient
• Refusal to accept delivery

You may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the item re-delivered.
